I am an experienced project manager, program evaluator & knowledge translator with 15 years experience in health and social system strategy and management. Building on broad involvement in the public service, non-profits and the private sector, I launched a professional independent consulting service in 2020 with the intention of helping clients effectively plan, execute and measure strategic programs.
My approach places strategy before tactics, helping clients to identify innovative solutions, build consensus and gain traction. I am dedicated to building an efficient and results-driven relationship and will work with you to create a tailored plan of action for your project or organization.
